For Catalogues: We assess your build based on several key factors. We keep all items currently in your prebuilds, on active quotes and jobs, and anything currently in stock. We then evaluate items purchased within a date range you select (we recommend the last 2 years). The remaining redundant items are archived, and we can remove empty groups upon request.

For Prebuilds: We look at your prebuild usage history. We keep prebuilds that are actively used on recent quotes, jobs, and templates, and archive the outdated or duplicated assemblies that are cluttering your search results.

Archiving safely stores the items and prebuilds you no longer need so you maintain your data history, without deleting them permanently. All archived parts and assemblies remain fully accessible and restorable if you ever need to bring them back. It’s a simple way to keep your system clean while preserving your historical records.

After your initial meeting, you'll receive an invoice. Once payment is received, we will book a team to complete the cleanup process. We usually perform this archiving after business hours so it does not interfere with your day-to-day operations.
